Svaneti—the lost world of a thousand towers —is a truly authentic, stunningly beautiful region with a fascinating history, incredible nature, and wonderful, proud, and hospitable people.
The beauty and uniqueness of Svaneti attract more and more tourists every year.
Just 15-20 years ago, few Georgians would have dared to come here for the weekend, but now foreign speech is heard everywhere, and in the local restaurants in the evenings there is an international crowd.

Day 1. Departure at 9:00

On our way to Svaneti, we'll make one interesting stop. This is the Inguri Hydroelectric Power Station, once the first and most important dam in the Soviet Union. Professors and academics from many Soviet republics, as well as from Eastern and Western Europe, worked on its construction. It's also known as the Georgian "wonder of the world" or the Svan Sea. It was constructed in such a way that the dam itself is in Georgia, while the generators are in Abkhazia. I won't spoil it—you'll find out all about it when you get there.

Day 2. Mestia

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we offer two options: a walking tour of Mestia, visiting any museums you missed, or a moderate-intensity hike to the Chalaadi Glacier (approximately 2 hours). Depending on weather conditions, it can be either fairly easy or moderately challenging. A trip to Ushguli , the highest inhabited community in Europe, located at 2,200 meters above sea level and protected by UNESCO, will take you back in time several hundred years – we'll stroll the narrow streets of this mysterious village, see a cinema that has been showing the same film for years, visit the tower that was Queen Tamar's residence, and ride horses through the beautiful fields and hills surrounding the village. Dinner in Mestia upon return.

Day 3. Heshkili.

- Breakfast at the hotel , check-out
-Free time in Mestia. We'll visit the local market and be sure to buy some Svan salt!
-We're heading to the beautiful Instagram spot of Heshkili . We'll drink coffee/tea/wine with a stunning mountain view, swing and take photos on the swings, ride in a wooden hut, and buy delicious souvenirs to take home.
- We return to Batumi.
